For those who can't handle the heat of buffalo sauce, here is a nice wimpy, I mean a mellow alternative to firey Franks hot sauce.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Simmer slowly for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not overcook or you will fuck up the taste of the garlic.
Remove from heat and if desired add ranch dressing. This will mellow the flavor even more.
Use for wings or as a buffalo chicken pizza sauce.
For a more tomatoey sauce, use a whole cup of tomato sauce. This recipe makes a lot so you can freeze it and use it later.
